These are the optimum years for pregnancy and nutrition
and exercise plays a crucial role in development and  
maturity of MALE and FEMALE Reproductive systems.

Did you know that from the age of 20 years, you drop
a half pound of muscle a year if you do not exercise?

This as we know will affect your metabolic rate and
can drastically lead to unwanted weight gain.

These are the years when you are studying / socializing
and generally having a good time.

A high intake of alcohol, processed foods and lack or no
exercise are all factors that will contribute to weight gain
with will lead to further health problems in later life.

Perimenopause


The process of change that leads up to the menopause.
This can start as early as 30’s

Menopause

Can start as early as 40, for most women it usually occurs
at age 50+

Menopause is a natural part of growing older, you don’t
need treatment unless your symptoms bother you. It is
important to stay as healthy and as fit as you can through
good nutrition and regualar exercise which can help
reduce symptons and and also reduce the risk of heart
disease and other long term problems related to ageing.

  Remember

                             
As the body gets older, we slow down. We feel aches,
pains, stifness, lethargy. Good diet and exercise will do
the real work, not pills!
